  I walked into this place to have my three boys measured for tuxedos on Sunday 4/23. They are standing up in a wedding in Texas and the location in which the wedding is at does not have an Al's so I called a couple of weeks ago to verify if they could just do measurements for me to take with me when I go there later this month and I was told they could for a $5 fee each. So, today I walk in and ask the lady working the counter if this could be done. Mind you...there was ONE person in there getting service besides us and she IMMEDIATELY was rude. She said with it being prom season she didn't have time. UNDERSTANDABLE! She said she had an appointment with 7 people coming in to get fitted and it would be a wait if she could do it. I said that was fine and then she says it's not $5, it's $10. Fine! I was okay with that but then she says she couldn't do it but could during the week and I politely asked if she could fit one of my son's that doesn't have time during the week and she so rudely says,"Well, yea! If you give me a minute!" With the nastiest look on her face. I threw my hands up and said,"you know what? Forget it! I'll take my business elsewhere!" I just couldn't believe how rude this woman was! I have three boys attending prom and I will not take them there! I will be calling the cooperate office to report her as well! Her lack of customer service was unacceptable!
