  I went here because I needed a specific item. I could find anyone to help me that worked there. Finally another customer ended up helping me. They had what I needed but it was overpriced and oor service.

  Friendly, helpful staff. They offer great coupon advice so you can get the best savings. They have fabric in stock when all the other locations are out of stock. Will check stock if you call ahead and reserve it for you. Download the JoAnn app to get instant access to coupons. They scan your cellphone screen. Or, sign up for texted coupons. The ladies at the register will try to get you every discount they can. On busy days it can have too many crying children or uncontrolled children running around the store. Avoid weekend days.
